Several years ago, I developed a luxury rental business and was the principal investor. It is very service oriented and caters to clientele with discerning taste. Hundreds of contracts translated into hundreds of happy clients and the business grew. Now we have hundreds of five-star reviews and an average of over 4.9% of 5. Through this, I learned the value of offering a quality product, maintaining a high level of service/responsiveness, and anticipating client needs.
